Our Premium Package offers a complete naturopathic care experience, combining in-depth assessment, personalised treatment, and ongoing support to help you restore balance and vitality. This package includes: ​ • 1 x Initial Consultation (1 hour) A comprehensive exploration of your health history, current symptoms, and goals. We’ll identify key areas of imbalance and establish a tailored plan to support your healing journey. You’ll receive a detailed written report after your session, including: A summary of findings, treatment goals, and underlying drivers of your condition A personalised diet plan with recipes and evidence-based resources Lifestyle guidance tailored to your needs A custom herbal and/or nutraceutical prescription (product costs not included) • 1 x Follow-Up Consultation (30 minutes) A progress review to assess how you’re feeling, how your prescription is working, and make any necessary adjustments.
